COOEC has developed a set of technologies for life extension assessment, damage risk evaluation assessment, risk-based inspection planning, crack ECA, comprehensive monitoring, and vibration detection for offshore platforms and structures and published technical standards of CNOOC. We established a system of technologies for integrity management of offshore structures and facilities and developed the digital twin technology for deepwater jackets and carried out studies on digital twin-based operation and maintenance technologies. The relevant technological innovations have been used in many projects, such as the Lufeng 13-1 platform in service and the “Haiji-1” deepwater jacket, indicating that COOEC has mastered the technology capacity for digitalized full lifecycle monitoring, inspection and evaluation of offshore structures and facilities.
