COOEC has conducted studies on the specification, form and capacity of the living quarters, drill rig modules, topsides, jackets, equipment, and facilities of offshore platforms, presented the plans for a set of combinable, standardized, and serialized facilities (65 types, including five types of living quarters, 11 types of topsides, and 11 types of jackets) and four typical types of single units (unmanned platforms, 4-leg wellhead platforms, 8-leg wellhead platforms, and central floating platforms); established a series of standard documents that can meet the requirements of reuse and batch construction and overcome multiple technical challenges in the development of oilfields with uncertainties in uncertain sea areas. This technology has been widely used in the development of oilfields in the Bohai Sea. Relying on this system, COOEC has basically completed the studies on the overall plans for combinable topsides and jackets and developed the technologies for such topsides and jackets.
