Project: Penglai 19-3 Oilfield Development Project

Time of completion: November 2007

Project introduction: This oilfield is jointly developed by CNOOC and ConocoPhillips China Inc. (COPC). The scope of work includes the construction of four manned wellhead platforms, the connection of the Phase I wellhead platform WHP-A with the Phase II project, the construction and installation of a new FPSO unit and its single-point mooring system, and the laying of subsea pipelines and cables between platforms.

Project highlights: The oilfield is jointly developed by CNOOC and COPC. Penglai 19-3 Oilfield Development Project (Phase I/Phase II) is the first international EPCI project undertaken by COOEC.
