At the end of August, Lv Bo, the Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and the Member of the Party Group investigated and guided the work in Qingdao Site of COOEC Construction Division together with his party.
The Deputy General Manager Lv Bo investigated Liuhua 16-2 FPSO Project, Shell Penguins FPSO Project and P70 Ship Construction Site of Petrobras FPSO Project being constructed on Qingdao Site, and paid attention to and understood some key problems.
The Deputy General Manager Lv Bo put forward requirements as follows: first, have a correct understanding of the significance of Liuhua 16-2 FPSO, Lingshui 17-2 and other deepwater projects to the advancing progress of CNOOC toward deepwater engineering market, do a good job in construction with high sense of responsibility and mission, to ensure on-schedule and high-quality delivery of projects; second, always give priority to work safety, and attach high importance to safety from the aspects of idea, recognition and action, esp. making great efforts in work safety under the case of difficult construction and tight schedule when several projects are carried out simultaneously, take an initiative in overcoming difficulty while ensuring safety and quality, and practically exercise all works; third, all projects shall be carried out in combination with the thematic education of “never forget the original intention and keep the mission in mind”, continuously improve the political position and awareness, give the best play to fighter's stronghold role of the Party Organization and the exemplary vanguard role of the Party members, gather strength and enhance the resolution and confidence of the Party members and cadres in entrepreneurship; fourth, relevant units shall further make effective communication and exchange, make plans in advance, take the initiative, unite in a concerted effort in project management, and strive to create excellent projects.
