Design technologies

The Company has developed a complete set of world-class technologies for the design of large fixed platforms and jackets operating in 300m-deep waters. And it. These technologies have reached the international leading level, and some of them have exceeded the international leading level. The Company has has overcome a series of technical challenges in the design of submarine pipelines and flow assurance under extreme sea conditions and complex geological conditions and, mastered the technologies for submarine pipeline systems in moderate depth and shallow waters with, well-establisheded the engineering and technology system for submarine oil and gas pipelines. Furthermore,, developed the technologies for the design of floating equipment for the development of deepwater oil and gas fields in 1,500m-deep waters ands, fully developed the capability to design FPSO units and semi-submersible platforms are fully developed , and allowbuilt the design preliminary capability for the design  of 1,500 m deepwater and shallow-water subsea production systems to be well strengthened. Construction technologies

The Company has the technical capability to construct 30,000 T fixed platforms and large jackets. It has developed multiple world-leading special technologies including but not limited tofor the simulation of the construction,  and lifting of large deepwater jackets, the onshore lifting of large structures measured atweighted 1,000 tons, the integrated construction of offshore structures, weight transfer during high-position construction, accurate weighing, sliding and rolling loadout of structures. Its cCore technical capabilities include:

          Construction of super-large fixed platforms;

          Construction of deepwater floating structures;

          Construction of LNG modules;

          Intelligent manufacturing;

          Accurate weighing and weight transfer of super-large modules;

The Company has independently developed four major technical capacities and 19 core technologies, including the installation of 30,000 T jackets, the float-over installation of modules, the laying of 1,500 m deepwater pipelines, the installation of subsea structures such as PLETs, the laying of flexible pipelines and cables and the post-treatment of subsea pipelines. The Company is capable of has developed the technologies for installing 300 m deepwater jackets and has , overcome the technical challenges of in the loadout, transportation and slide launching of super-large jackets,, long pile installation, deepwater grouting, and launch barge upgrading and modification of launch barge., Aand efficiently completed a number of projects has been delivered with satisfaction, among whichsuch as Liwan 3-1 and Haiji-1 projects are served as examples.;

The Company has excellent performance in has developed the technologies the loadout of hydraulic sliding shoes, float-over installation/dismantling, and long-distance wet towing of large semi-submersible platforms, having s and successfully completed several offshore installation projects, such as the offshore installation of the “Shenhai-1” energy station.;

The Company is in leading position has developed the technologies for high-position float-over, low-position float-over, dynamically positioned float-over, and ultra-shallow water float-over operations in all kinds of sea areas under various weather conditions and has fully realized the localization of supporting equipment for float-over installation. Underwater technologies

The Company has the technical capabilities infor the design, manufacturing, installation and testing of various subsea production systems such as 1,500 m deepwater manifolds, subsea base plates, subsea connectors, subsea control systems, jumpers and subsea valves, the installation of pile foundations for the mooring systems of deepwater floating facilities and platforms and, laying of tension legs, position limit and tie-back. Moreover, in terms of independent R&D, It has independently developed the technologies offor deepwater testing module and coiled tubing systems and the ability offor the pre-commissioning of deepwater pipelines, risers, and deepwater, large-span, and complex subsea production systems are the competitive fronts of the company.           Design, manufacturing, installation and testing of subsea production systems and facilities;

          Vertical laying and tie-back of deepwater flexible dynamic/static pipelines and cables;

          Installation of deepwater single-point (multi-point) mooring systems;

Maintenance technologies

Equipped with a well-established diving management system, tThe Company, member of ADCI since 2007 has a proven diving management system and became a member of ADCI in 2007. Currently, it i, iss a standing member of the Emergency Rescue Professional Committee of China Diving & Salvage Contractors Association and receiveswith class I certificate of diving services and credit evaluation and underwater inspection certificates issued by the DNV.GL, ABS and CCS. It has participated in a number of challenging projects involving repairment of submarine pipelines and cables with its acquired advancedthe technical capability in to perform emergency maintenance and repair of submarine pipelines and participated in a number of projects “challenging emergency” repair of submarine pipelines and cables. The Company has excellent performance in the technical capabilities for the upgrading, renovation, and life extension assessment of large platforms and infor the connection of shore power to platforms in service.

LNG technologies

The Company has deliveredcompleted more than 30 LNG storage tanks and terminals as the main contractor, established an integrated system of engineering technologies for the EPCM of full containment LNG storage tanks with sizes ranging from 30,000 m3 to 270,000 m3, and independently developed multiple core technologies for LNG projects represented by the fully automated welding process for full containment LNG storage tanks, and taking en a leading position in the construction of LNG projects in China.
