In response to the high cost of transmitting and the difficulties in integrating offshore new energy into the power grid, an offshore hydrogen energy engineering solution is proposed. By utilizing offshore wind power to produce hydrogen, it not only adds flexibility and diversity to the entire energy system, solves the intermittency problem of wind power, and maximizes the utilization of offshore wind resources, but also meets the demand for green hydrogen in China.
Leveraging strong marine engineering capabilities and mature oil and gas engineering experience, the offshore oil engineering industry integrates hydrogen energy-related equipment technology, offshore oil and gas industry, and offshore wind power equipment. For the isolated offshore new energy power grid more than 100 kilometers off the coast in China's four maritime areas, three sets of overall hydrogen energy solutions have been formulated, including small-scale hydrogen production and consumption of 7.5MW, and large-scale hydrogen production and external transmission of 900MW in various application scenarios, preliminarily forming the capabilities of offshore wind power hydrogen production solutions:

> Offshore hydrogen-based derivative comprehensive development plan: Based on offshore wind power hydrogen production, realize the production of green ammonia, green methanol, and other derivatives, and achieve applications such as tens of thousands of tons of offshore modular ammonia production.
> Modular skid-mounted design and large-scale application of offshore hydrogen production equipment and hydrogen energy system equipment.
