Safety Performance n QHSE Management System: COOEC QHSE management system encompasses three dimensions: headquarters, regional companies, and projects. We tailor our management system to specific regions and projects based on our headquarters-level management system, which comprises five levels: policy, management manual, procedure, standard directive, and template & form.
