Oath Taking & Flag Raising Ceremony in Zhuhai Yard for Shell’s LNG Project in North America and Hong Kong Power Plant Project

Recently, an oath taking & flag raising ceremony under the theme of “working hard and overcoming challenges” was held in Zhuhai Yard for Shell’s LNG project in North America and Hong Kong Power Plant Project.

The representatives from the project management teams of COOEC-Fluor Heavy Industries Co., Ltd for Shell’s LNG project in North America and Hong Kong Power Plant Project reported the current progresses of the projects and the difficulties in the execution of the projects and presented their outlook and determination. The meeting called on all units and personnel involved in these projects to turn pressure into motivation, be brave in taking responsibility, give full play to the spirit of the marine “iron army”, strictly abide by the milestones, observe the “red lines” of safety and quality, and speed up construction in Zhuhai Yard at the highest speed while following the most stringent standards.

The on-time delivery of these two key projects is the lifeline for Zhuhai Yard this year. All units participating in project execution expressed their determination to make every effort in every task, work hard to make progress every day, do a good job every year with a strong will to fight, and resolutely win the tough battle to deliver the projects on schedule.
